Ways to subscribe to me

There are several ways to subscribe to my Quitter posts. The newsletter, the RSS feed, Neocities, or a good old browser bookmark paired with sheer determination.

Digest newsletter

I send approximately monthly updates on my new posts (if any) through an email newsletter. They contain the new posts' titles, each linking to the corresponding post here.

Important:

You will need to add quitter-feed@mailfence.com to your email contacts to correctly receive the emails. Otherwise, they'll probably end up in your spam folder or nowhere at all.
This is a common issue with newsletters.

RSS

Here's the link to my RSS feed.

RSS allows you to subscribe to different blogs, podcasts and other internet content outside of social media. An RSS reader of your choice can aggregate RSS feeds from multiple websites into a single feed, so that you can check their updates in a single place. You only need to paste an RSS feed link somewhere in your RSS reader to subscribe.

Video tutorials on RSS:

I recommend Inoreader or Feedly as beginner RSS readers. You can also subscribe to RSS feeds via some e-mail applications, like Thunderbird (recommended) or Outlook.

Neocities

You can also follow me through Neocities, where this site is hosted.

Neocities (a pun on the defunct GeoCities) is a platform where you can host your own website for free. It incorporates some elements of social media, such as the ability to follow websites and comment on their updates through Neocities' dashboard. Unlike social media, you have complete freedom on the looks and organization of your site, but you need to code it yourself.

Its friendly community is mostly comprised of beginners to website-making and appreciators of old internet nostalgia, with all kinds of interests.

Old-school style?

I guess you can always add me to your browser favourites, if you remember to check as often as you want to!
